September 2023 - On Friday, September 1, members of the RCWS, their spouses, and a few friends met at the Penn Harris Hotel to install this year's flags for the club's fourth annual Flags for Heroes event.We were grateful for a cool, sunny morning with a slight breeze which allows the flags to really show off.
