SCPa Works
Closing - Four Way Test
SCPa Works envisions a region where opportunity for prosperity and growth exist for all. Our mission is to unlock the human talent that drives the development of businesses and individuals.
We accomplish this by building a productive network of business, economic development, and community partners to create a demand driven opportunity engine for our region; connecting youth and adults to a value chain stretching from education to job opportunities and beyond; integrating education, training programs, and community partners with the needs of industry and our regional economy; and investing in and evaluating what works as entrusted stewards of public resources.
SCPa Works is led by the private sector through coordinated partnerships providing training, education and employment opportunities for all residents within eight counties in our south central region.
Jesse McCree is the Chief Executive Officer for South Central PA Works. He has a Masters in Public Administration from Cornell University, and 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, public policy and workforce development.

As the first anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine approached, a firsthand account shows how Rotary members are responding to this humanitarian crisis.
On 26 January in Odesa, Mykola Stebljanko spent the day under attack. A barrage of missiles killed 11 people and destroyed critical infrastructure around Ukraine, including in the city where Stebljanko lives.
Turkey and Syria were struck by a devastating earthquake on 6 February that has killed tens of thousands of people, destroyed homes and other structures, and left people across the region without shelter.
