Joe Alfano, Vista Autism Services
Vista Autism Services is a leading expert focused on data-driven approaches to improve the lives of individuals with autism, and their families, from the time of diagnosis through adulthood.
Vista provides an array of specialized services through 11 different programs and services to help individuals reach their unique potential.
Our guest speaker, Joe Alfano, holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communications with a concentration in radio and TV. He has over 20 years of experience in marketing, promotions, and special events. Prior to coming to Vista about 8 months ago, Joe worked for 17 years with Susquehanna Radio/Cumulus Media in York and has spent the last 12 years working in various non-profit development roles with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and most recently with the York County Literacy Council. Joe resides in York, PA with his wife, Theres, son Collin and dog Brownie. He also has two older children and two granddaughters. In his free time, Joe enjoys running, playing disc golf, traveling, and spending time with the family.
DICTIONARY PROJECT
The dictionary/literacy project has a LONG history in Rotary's ranks. Though interest has waned due to our digital lifestyle, some schools are still happy to receive them.
David Hiebert has worked hard to ensure that those who want them can still receive them. Toward that end...
