Remembering Tom Oliver
Tom Oliver served Rotary International in various capacities for more than 40 years, having first joined in 1983. He was especially proud of his tenure as President of the Rock Island Rotary Club in Rock Island, IL, and spoke of his time there often and with affection. Tom agreed to serve for a year as secretary of the Rotary Club of West Shore. Thankfully for us, his year didn't end at 365 days. He served as club secretary for 14 years.
