May 2023 - We are happy to announce that the Rotary Club of West Shore will once again be hosting its Flags for Heroes event! The 2023 event will see a few differences, including flags being on display for the entire month of September. This is a notable change from our first year when they were up for one week.We are grateful to the Penn Harris Hotel for once again providing the site for this powerful display that honors the heroes in our neighborhood and in our lives.
